Whether you need to network two or
more computers in your home to access one Internet connection, or to
share files, and printer access...or you need to create a complete
comprehensive network for your business computers...we can help.
With today's
technology there are a number of options for networking your
computer systems from running standard Ethernet cables through a
"hub" system, or perhaps connecting your computers via
your existing telephone or electrical wiring system. We take
the time to evaluate your networking needs and recommend the best,
most cost-effective networking options to you. From start to
finish we can assess, recommend, build and configure your home or
business network.
We are also available for ongoing maintenance of your existing home
and office networks. From making sure that ALL computers on
your network are protected from virus vulnerability, to making sure
your security and firewall protection is adequate and in fact,
protecting your sensitive data.
Maintenance:
Your computer needs to be regularly
maintained for proper operation and to minimize the risk of
down-time due to corrupt files, and/or failing equipment. We
offer on site maintenance options which can include a one-time
maintenance/training in which we show you what you need to do
regularly to maintain your hard drive and other components...or what
"signs" to look for in advance of hard drive and/or
hardware failures. We also will make sure your virus
protection is updated and that you know what to do to best protect
yourself against virus's that can be inconvenient and costly to
remove.
Or...you just just
let us take care of all your maintenance needs. By signing up
with us for any of our "Maintenance Agreements", we can
schedule complete, comprehensive, regular maintenance of your
computer. Scheduling set appointment times for on-site or
online maintenance of your computer system(s). Our low-cost
Maintenance Agreements start at just $99 per year, per computer!
Internet
Setup/Configuration:
Whether you have chosen to go with
high-speed Internet options or dialup...often, it can be confusing
knowing just how to connect and configure your computer for best
results. For instance, High-Speed Internet like DSL or Cable
require connecting your computer via an Ethernet Network Card (which
your system may or may not already have installed). High Speed
Wireless (available in some areas) only requires a serial port or
USB connection. Dialup access requires a Modem (which
should be at least 56kbps in speed to maximize your connection
speed). Either way we can usually in a matter of minutes, get
you connected and configure your chosen Internet access connection
to maximize your systems performance and guarantee that you have the
fastest connection possible.
Even if you don't
have a chosen Internet Service Provider (ISP), we can ask you a few
questions to determine what your REAL Internet needs may be and
recommend the best and most cost effective Internet options based on
your specific needs and/or budget. You may be surprised about
how many (or how few) options you have depending primarily on your
geographic locations and what you are willing to spend for Internet
access.
We are not affiliated with any ISP or service providers. We
simply offer our suggestions, recommendations and installation
services for the benefit of knowing our customers have the best
available service that meets their specific needs.
