Many jobs are billed on a flat rate.  We will be able to give you an exact quote for total cost of service within the the diagnostic period.  At that point we will offer you the best, most cost-effective recommendations.  We DO NOT try to "sell" our clients on things they don't need.  We never put "profits" ahead of our clients real needs, as we know other computer companies might.

Our rates vary often times by job, location, and whether the computer system is for personal or business use.  Often we have special offers and discounts in effect for specific jobs.  Our representatives will inform you of any discounts or specials that apply, otherwise our regular hourly rates are as follows:

No More Than $85 per Hour
 for personal/ home computers
No More Than $115 per Hour
 for Business/Office computers

Viruses are often more nuisance than anything else.  While they often cause problems with your Windows operating system, and interfere with correct software operation...they rarely do any irreparable damage.  Far too often we hear stories from clients who called their computer manufacturer who instructed them to simply re-format their hard drive or re-install all the original software.

This is often NOT necessary and an absolute last resort!  Viruses are the most common problem we encounter.  Our trained technicians are familiar with recommended virus removal techniques which minimize the potential for any lost data.  While it is impossible for us to guarantee virus removal without affecting your important personal data...insuring that your data remains intact is a number one priority.

Often, due to the complex nature of some viruses we will offer a flat rate quote for virus removal rather than charging our regular hourly rate.  Complete, comprehensive virus removal often requires as much as 3-4 hours.  Times vary by computer speed, Internet access speeds, and other factors.  Therefore we will often give you a quote in advance of approximate hourly cost vs. our flat rate.

Virtually all computer problems can be diagnosed and repaired on site.  Many can be diagnosed with extreme accuracy over the phone.  By the time we end up at your door, we will have all the necessary parts needed to get you back up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Our technicians carry a basic inventory of the most widely used components.  This minimized the any inconvenience and insures that you are up and running as quickly as possible, minimizing any additional labor or mileage costs that other repair companies may use to "bump up" your cost.

Many widely used parts are kept in stock, and we can often offer you price quotes in advance of our visit.  All prices include installation.  Additional on site visit and/or diagnostics fees may be added.
